STEP 1.
Create a new presentation (Ctrl + N) and insert a blank slide.
STEP 2.
From the Insert Menu select
Picture and choose New Photo Album
STEP 3.
Select Insert picture from File/Disk
STEP 4.
Browse your folders of photos you would like to insert into the Album.
Highlight the ones you wish to use and click on Insert
STEP 5.
From this you can set the Album Layout:
Set Picture layout
- Fit to Slide
- 1 Picture
- 2 Picture
- 4 Picture
- 1 Picture with title
- 2 Picture with title
- 4 Picture with title
Set Frame shape
- Rectangle
- Rounded Rectangle
- Beveled
- Oval
- Corner Tabs
- Square Tabs
- Plaque Tabs
Once you have selected the layout you desirer click on create
This will make the completed show with a picture and titles on each frame.
Now you can set the slide show transitions and timings for an end-of-event photo sequence and add some music
