Inserting a Video Clip into PowerPoint
Note: PowerPoint does not have the ability to work in text overlay mode which means you cannot put text on top of the video. A worship program such as EasyWorship can be used to do text overlay.

Step 1
Open a new or existing PowerPoint presentation.
From the Insert Menu select Movies and Sounds and choose Movie from a File...

Step 2
A To the immediate right of Look in: click on the down arrow to locate the folder containing the video file you wish to open.
B Highlight the video file you wish to use, and click OK.

Step 3
Click on the Yes button in the ensuing popup window
Step 4
After a few seconds the video will show up on the slide. Don't worry if the video shows up black, the beginning may fade in from a black.
Right Click on the Video and choose Format Picture... from the popup menu.

Step 5
A Click on the Position Tab
B Enter 0 in both the Horizontal and Vertical adjustment boxes.
Do not click the ok button at this point. Proceed to the next step.

Step 6
A Click on the Size Tab
B Enter 10" in the Width adjustment box and 7.5" in the Height adjustment box.
C Click OK

Step 7
Congratulations your video clip will now play full screen.
NOTE: Some video clips are created in wide screen mode and will show a black boarder at the top and bottom of the screen.
