District Statement of Purpose

The calling of the Methodist Church is to respond to the gospel of God's love in Christ
and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission.
The District is committed to:

Sharing a vision of the Church and nurturing a district identity within a Connexional and ecumenical setting

Fostering and enabling the ministry of the whole people of God
