Trinity Chapel was built in 1877 on the site of the old Pinfold. There were two other chapels in South Kelsey - United Methodist closed in October 1967 and is now a house. The Primitive Chapel was demolished just after the Second World War.
Weekly Sunday services are held and regular monthly United services are held with the Anglican Church. An afternoon Monday Club meets fortnightly and a Ladies Group meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday.
The Schoolroom is used by the South Kelsey Gardening Club and the PCC for their meetings.
